Nothing gets wasted. All leather used for the medicine bags is gifted to me by another craftsman. I take a rattling or drumming journey with the hide and offer healing for the gift of it’s body. I ask that we can make good medicine for it’s offering and only then, I begin creating. Each medicine bag is unique and designed in the creative ceremony. Some use it as a personal bag for protection, some for sacred herbs or tools.
